ถามคุณแม่ครับ 3 Years, 5 Months ago  
คือถ้าแม่ไม่ค่อยได้กินผักผลไม้ลูกกินนมแล้วจะได้รับสารอาหารครบไหมครับตอนนี้แฟนกินแต่ มูกับไก่นะครับคือทางบ้านแฟนเขาบอกว่าให้กินแต่หมูกับไก่นะครับแฟนก็เลยไม่ได้ทานผักผล ม้เลยไม่ทราบว่าแบบนี้ลูกกินนมแม่ไปจะได้รับสารอาหารครบไหมครับและมีผลกระทบต่อลูกหรือเ ปล่าครับ
